tpings

The tpings instruction sends a TPing request to a machine whose IP address is contained in a register (specified in the opcode.map file) of the CPU. Because there may be a considerable delay before the data is returned, or because there may never be a reply, this instruction does not process the returning TPing data. The returning data must be processed by the tpingr instruction. However, upon arrival, even if it is never processed by the tpingr instruction, the TPing response is entered into the IPMap such that it refreshes the data there and becomes available to all organisms (through the getipp instruction).
