ttime

The ttime instruction is also not a network instruction. It causes the 32 bit clock time to be placed in a CPU register (specified in the opcode.map file). However this is used by the network ancestor in conjunction with the Fresh field of the TPing data to determine if the data is fresh enough to use, or if it should be refreshed by executing another tpings instruction.
